This week I am not hosting an auction.

I had such productive week with regards to three oil paintings I am in various stages of completion, that at the end of the day, when I wanted to work on my Daily Works on Paper project I was just too mentally tired to stretch myself more with gouache and watercolor.

When I shared this with a good friend, she encouraged me to take a breather. And that is just what I needed.

So this week spent time playing and failing, going back to themes I love — mostly images of my daughter and our kitty, Prim. I think I will continue this creative self-love for another week or two, when I am rejuvenated I will begin the auctions again.
